Welcome to 2024!

I wanted to let you know that I’m reeeeeally excited for the year ahead! (I’m cooking up some incredible stuff for you)

– and while I love the idea of a “new chapter” and FRESH energy….I’m actually NOT setting big intentions, or creating an elaborate vision board just yet.

Traditionally, this is the time of year when everyone goes WILD with manifestation masterclasses, full-day goal-setting workshops and 21 day challenges.

And while I’m all about DREAMING BIG….I don’t actually feel inclined to start planting seeds during the peak of WINTER, just because “everyone else is doing it.”

Instead, I use this time to REFLECT and review!
