For most of my adult life, I lived in a state of overwhelm and survival.
The crazy part?
I believed that being STRESSED OUT was my “natural state of being,” and that I had to earn my success with blood/sweat/tears.
“It has to be hard” was my #1 biggest limiting belief (so many layers to it).
And without even realizing it, this belief was manifesting symptoms of being STUCK in my life, business, health and relationships!
I wanted to believe that more was available to me. But I couldn’t see what was holding me back.
I was telling myself stories – I didn’t think it was possible for me, unless it was extremely hard, and took a long time.
But once I could SEE that belief at work in my life….I could start to transform it, and propel myself forward!
